These two Royal Oak Perpetual Calendars are distinguished by their very different dimensions. On the left, the 25800ST model (Inv. 1141) measures 33 mm in diameter. On the right, the 26574ST reaches 41 mm (Inv. 1985, Calibre 5134, model launched in 2015).

Since 1972, only four Royal Oak models with a diameter of 33 millimetres have featured a perpetual calendar (25800, 25931, 25932, and 12521). The 25800 variant largely dominates with 98 out of a total of 105, representing more than 95% of sales. Company archives document four different materials, of which 49 were in steel, 36 in yellow gold, and 12 in white gold. No tantalum/platinum variants were found in the records, but a photograph attests to its existence.
Several dial variations have graced these highly exclusive Royal Oaks. In 2020, Phillips Hong Kong sold a 1997 white gold model with a sky-blue dial for HKD 1,890,000 – nearly 20 times the high estimate.
