The Royal Oak Offshore 25862SC is identical to Model 25721ST, with the exception of its bezel, which replaces steel with white gold and features 32 baguette-cut gemstones.

The technical data indicates that the model was created in 1996 by Emmanuel Gueit, but it remained at the project stage until the beginning of the 21st century. There are 27 units listed in the Production Registers and they were sold between 2001 and 2014.

The iconographic archives present three dial versions. The first two feature either hour-markers or thin Arabic numerals on a T21 tapisserie background. The next one combines broad Arabic numerals on a Méga Tapisserie background. The first models combine 16 blue sapphires and 16 diamonds. The most recent ones can be fully set with 32 diamonds, or 32 sapphires.

Sales from 2001 to 2014: a total of 27 units, of which 2 (2001), 3 (2002), 3 (2003), 2 (2004), 5 (2005), 5 (2006), 4 (2007), 1 (2009), 1 (2013), 3 (2013) and  1 (2014).
