In 1987, Audemars Piguet created an Haute Joaillerie version of the 35 mm Royal Oak Model 14486. Named 14575, it was set with 580 brilliant- and baguette-cut diamonds (approx. 15.53 carats).
The four timepieces made in four years were all sold in Hong Kong. Made of yellow gold and sometimes with a date window at 3 o'clock, the first three left Le Brassus in 1987 and 1988. The last one, in white gold and without a date window, was delivered in 1990.
Sales from 1987 to 1988: a total of 4 units, of which1 (1987 in yellow gold), 2 (1988 in yellow gold), and 1 (1990 in white gold).
Derived from Model 14486.
