14794, Royal Oak

Royal Oak 14794

30 mm | Hours, minutes | Calibre 2003SQ | Bracelet 902 | Water-resistant to 20 metres | Launch date: 1993

With 154 watches delivered between 1993 and 2004, Model 14794 single-handedly accounts for 60% of the production of the 10 Royal Oak models equipped with Calibre 2003SQ. It is the only model available in five different material variations: the three traditional gold colours, platinum and a rare combination of platinum and pink gold.

Its 14-carat gold mechanism is finely openworked, engraved and rhodium-toned to match the colour of the different casings. The hands are gemset using an exclusive process developed in 1969 in partnership with Italian jeweller Luigi Stumpo. A masterpiece of watchmaking and miniaturisation, this Royal Oak is distinguished by its small diameter (30 mm), which makes it ideal for a predominantly female clientele.
