26252, ROYAL OAK PERPETUAL CALENDAR

Royal Oak Perpetual Calendar, 26252

39 mm | Hours, minutes, day, date, leap year cycle, moon phase | Calibre 2120/2802 | Leather strap D092CR | Water-resistant to 20m | Launch date: 2008

The story of Royal Oak models with leather straps began in 1992 with reference 14800. Over the next fifteen years, leather became increasingly present across the collection, appearing on chronographs, dual time models, and even select tourbillons.

Introduced in 2008, reference 26252 is the first Royal Oak Perpetual Calendar fitted with a leather strap. Crafted exclusively in pink gold, it was never offered in a metal bracelet version.

This model is also the last to be equipped with Calibre 2120/2802 and was launched during a period of decline for the Royal Oak Perpetual Calendar – a decline that ended with its spectacular revival in 2015, beginning with reference 25574, powered by Calibre 5134.
